This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. The role involves performing all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, inspecting apartments before resident move-in, staying informed about market and competitor conditions, designing and executing marketing activities, using on-site property management software, ensuring community and show units meet company standards, following up with prospects and new residents, and executing lease renewal programs. The position also requires responding quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, and taking prompt action to solve problems.
