Leasing Performance and Training Specialist University City Housing (UCH) is a Philadelphia-based firm that buys, renovates, maintains and manages real estate for long-term investment. We are seeking a sales driven, detail‑oriented, and people-focused Leasing Performance and Training Specialist to support our leasing teams through effective sales, training, tools, and communication. This role plays a key part in ensuring our teams have the knowledge, resources, and support needed to drive leasing performance and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in leasing, training support, or customer-facing operations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.
  • MS Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
  • Flexibility with hours and days worked; weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for leasing teams.
  • Keep training materials, guides, systems documentation, and resources up to date.
  • Track training participation, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to improve learning outcomes.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for leasing teams, including assistance with CRM systems, tools, and operational processes.
  • Assist in analyzing key leasing metrics and interpreting performance trends.
  • Participate in leasing events, property tours, and applicant follow-ups as needed.
  • Partner with field teams to ensure occupancy and exposure rates meet company expectations.
  • Conduct regular market surveys and anticipate market trends by region.
  • Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership and field leasing teams to ensure consistent, clear communication.
  • Coordinate training schedules, distribute materials, and gather feedback to improve program quality.
  • Support rollout of new tools, processes, and operational standards.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and compliance related to training and leasing activities.
  • Provide general administrative support for corporate leasing and training functions.
  • Provide flexible coverage at designated properties in accordance with business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
