About The Position
Seeking an experienced leasing professional for a dynamic real estate team in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will manage leasing operations, draft leases, and oversee renewals while ensuring compliance with NY housing programs.
Requirements
- Prior NYC leasing experience required
- Strong knowledge of NY programs and Section 8 (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AppFolio preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Draft and process residential leases
- Send and manage lease renewals
- Coordinate leasing activities and tenant communications
