As a Leasing Manager, you will lead the leasing team, drive occupancy, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for property management.

Requirements

Previous sales experience required.
Social media savvy with strong digital communication skills.
Comfortable making phone calls and engaging prospects directly.

Responsibilities

Generate new leases and consistently meet monthly leasing goals.
Motivate, train, and lead the leasing team to achieve performance targets.
Manage 100% of leads using property-specific lead management software.
Conduct a minimum of 3 follow-ups per lead with an 8% conversion rate to onsite appointments.
Follow up with all prospects within 24 hours of a tour; send additional email follow-up within 48 hours.
Maintain a closing ratio of 30% or higher.
Assist with daily outreach marketing and community engagement.
Stay informed on all competitors and market trends.
Clearly communicate the property's value proposition to prospective residents.
Deliver a positive, consistent in-person experience to all prospects.
Build relationships with local employers and coordinate monthly partnership meetings.
Monitor all advertising sources and complete monthly internet ad checklists by the 5th.
Shop competitors quarterly and complete weekly competitive surveys.
Report property deficiencies to management promptly.
Respond to and close work orders when applicable.
Ensure all lease paperwork is accurate and complete.
Perform administrative duties as assigned.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and attend resident events.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy with residents, staff, clients, and vendors.
Resolve resident concerns promptly and effectively.
