About The Position

Peak is looking for a Leasing Manager to join their team at a community of 650+ units in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate should enjoy customer service, working with the public, and building rapport with tenants to promote retention. This role involves developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy, overseeing and mentoring the leasing team to meet departmental goals, and requires strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations. Attention to detail is essential. The Leasing Manager must practice Fair Housing Laws and ensure the leasing team's compliance.

Requirements

  • Prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy.
  • Strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Must be able to build and maintain rapport with tenants and promote retention.
  • Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.

Responsibilities
