Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Sales experience necessary
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Ability to solve problems and follow detailed instructions effectively

Nice To Haves

college degree preferred
experience with Yardi and MaxLeases is a plus
Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak a second language being desirable

Responsibilities

Lead and train the leasing team on KPG Best Practices and procedures.
Conduct daily leasing huddles to track performance and set marketing priorities.
Monitor accuracy in leasing data and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Lease apartments through multiple channels and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a seamless resident experience.
Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and assist with resident retention strategies.
Maintain excellent curb appeal and assist with rent collection and office organization.
