The Leasing Manager is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, renewal, and resident retention strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals. This position oversees the daily activities and performance of the leasing team, including training, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Responsibilities include managing all leasing activities for new residents, maintaining resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, securing lease renewals, reviewing and approving leasing files for accuracy and compliance, and supporting revenue growth through effective sales and outreach efforts. The Leasing Manager is also responsible for developing and executing social media marketing initiatives to increase community visibility, drive traffic, and support leasing goals while maintaining a strong online presence and brand reputation. In addition, this role plans and coordinates resident events and community engagement activities designed to enhance resident satisfaction, foster a sense of community, and improve resident retention.
