About The Position

Our apartment community, Town & Country Apartments, is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Manager to join our team at our beautiful 600+ unit property located in Urbana, Illinois. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must be able to build and maintain rapport with tenants and promote retention. Must have prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy. Oversees, directs, and mentors leasing team to meet departmental goals. Must have a valid Driver's License and in reliable transportation. This position requires strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations, attention to detail is essential! The Leasing Manager practices Fair Housing Laws and monitors Leasing team to ensure compliance. Peak Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

Prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy.
Valid Driver's License.
Reliable transportation.
Strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations.
Attention to detail is essential.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
