About The Position

Peak Management is seeking a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Manager to join their team at the Town & Country Apartments, a 600+ unit property in Urbana, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, enjoy working with the public, and be skilled in building and maintaining tenant rapport to promote retention. This role requires prior experience in developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy, overseeing and mentoring a leasing team to meet departmental goals, and possessing strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations. Attention to detail is essential, as is adherence to Fair Housing Laws, with the manager responsible for monitoring the leasing team's compliance. A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.

Requirements

• Prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy.
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Must practice Fair Housing Laws.
