About The Position

Wentworth House & Aurora Apartments (LCOR) is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role involves touring prospective residents, handling leasing inquiries, processing applications, preparing lease paperwork, and managing resident relations. The position also includes marketing the community through various channels and coordinating maintenance requests. Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience with high rise and lease up
  • Knowledge of Yardi Software
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
  • Working during inclement weather is also necessary

Nice To Haves

  • Some college experience is preferred
  • Experience with Fairfax County’s Workforce Dwelling Unit (WDU) program is preferred
  • Class A Highrise / lease – up experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
  • Answering leasing calls and responding to on-line inquiries
  • Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports
  • Resolving resident issues or concerns
  • Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
  • Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
