About The Position

IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 184-unit apartment community located in Sunnyvale, California. IEC Property Services Corporation, our in-house property management company, strives to deliver exceptional customer service while executing property business plans. Founded in 1981, IEC has a proven track record of over 43 years and continues to grow by acquiring new communities and offering development opportunities to our team members.

Requirements

• One to three years of multi-family leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated
• Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with good organizational skills
• Must be available to work weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Strong leasing and marketing efforts
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required
