We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for Fords Pointe Apartments & Townhomes in Savannah, GA (260 units). Palms Associates has over 60 years of service and a supportive culture, with an average associate tenure of over 7 years. Requirements

• High-energy, team player for a fast-paced environment
• Leasing and marketing experience preferred
• Customer service-driven professional
• Sales mindset with strong closing ability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Availability to work some rotating weekends required, excluding Sundays

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging property tours
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Build strong resident relationships and foster a service-focused community
• Support marketing initiatives and resident engagement efforts
• Manage applications, lease preparation, availability updates, and follow-up communication
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident needs are addressed promptly
