About The Position

Burlington Capital Properties is currently accepting applications for a full-time Leasing Consultant at UNMC Residences, a student housing community in Omaha, NE. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment and is passionate about providing an exceptional living experience for residents. The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in the success of the community by supporting leasing activity, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

Minimum of two years sales or leasing experience (or equivalent preferred)
Strong customer service skills with a focus on follow-up and relationship building
Ability to work independently and follow directions with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer and office equipment proficiency required
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
Basic math and organizational skills required
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required

Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
Respond to inquiries and qualify applicants in accordance with community guidelines
Prepare lease documentation and support move-in/move-out processes
Provide ongoing resident support and deliver high-quality customer service
Assist with lease renewals, marketing efforts, and resident retention initiatives
Maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, vendors, and the public
Participate in team meetings and support overall property goals
Represent the community in a professional and positive manner at all times
