About The Position

Morse Street Apartments is currently seeking an experienced Lease Up Leasing Consultant to join our team in Washington, DC! This role involves touring prospective residents, handling leasing inquiries, processing applications, preparing lease paperwork, and marketing the community. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, particularly with high-rise lease-ups, and possess strong customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management
Experience with high rise lease up preferred
Knowledge of Yardi Software
Working knowledge of LRO is a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
Working during inclement weather is also necessary.

Responsibilities

Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports
Resolving resident issues or concerns
Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
