About The Position

Summit Property Management (Texas) is hiring Leasing Consultants in the NE Dallas area. This role involves contacting prospects, assisting them with community information, setting appointments for property tours, and ensuring the CRM-Knock is utilized effectively. The Leasing Consultant will also verify apartment availability and pricing, assist prospects with online applications, coordinate with onsite teams, and handle resident/prospect requests and complaints. Additionally, the role requires partnering with the Marketing team on initiatives, completing market surveys, and monthly training. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience
• Possesses superior customer service attitude
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Nice To Haves

• Some college-level education preferred
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
• One-Site experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community
• Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/model
• Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic
• Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate
• Assist prospects in applying online
• Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes
• Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments
• Partner with the Marketing team with all marketing initiatives
• Complete market surveys
• Complete monthly Training
• All duties as assigned
