About The Position
HallKeen is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you have a passion for sales, marketing, and creating exceptional resident experiences, this is your opportunity to shine. In this role, you’ll drive leasing performance across a 192-unit portfolio spanning five unique buildings in Fall River, MA. You’ll play a key role in maximizing occupancy, strengthening community engagement, and bringing energy and creativity to our leasing and marketing efforts. You’re not just filling apartments—you’re creating experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience with social media and digital marketing (a plus)
- Familiarity with RealPage / OneSite (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Drive leasing success by maintaining high occupancy and strong closing ratios
- Execute and refine marketing strategies to attract target audiences
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations
- Focus on resident retention and satisfaction
- Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for prospects and residents
- Maintain and prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly reports for leadership
