Summit Property Management is hiring Leasing Superstars for all Fort Worth communities. This role involves contacting prospects, assisting them with community information, setting appointments for property tours, ensuring CRM-Knock is utilized for traffic generation, verifying apartment availability and pricing, assisting prospects with online applications, coordinating with onsite teams for tours, addressing resident and prospect requests, collaborating with the Marketing team on initiatives, completing market surveys, and monthly training. The position is primarily sedentary but requires mobility for tours and inspections, involving sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods, stooping, and repetitive hand/wrist motion from computer use.
