About The Position

This part-time Leasing Consultant role is the face of the property, responsible for exceptional customer service, driving leasing goals, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. Requirements

At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms.
Occasional climbing may be required.
Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary.
May require lifting up to 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential.
Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.

Nice To Haves

Multifamily leasing experience preferred.
Additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
