About The Position

Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional full-time Leasing Consultant for The Residences at Forest Glen. This tax credit community is a new construction property currently in lease-up, therefore candidates with prior leasing/lease-up experience are desired! Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should be sales-oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, and other office duties.

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role
• Computer savvy and experience with the Microsoft Office suite
• Motivated and sales oriented
• Must have good communication skills and energetic personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice To Haves

• Prior leasing/lease-up experience
• Tax credit housing experience
• Yardi software experience
• Tax credit/HOTTMA Compliance experience
