Leasing Consultant
About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and customer service superstar to join our leasing team at a 352-unit apartment community conveniently located near the Domain in Austin. As a Leasing Consultant, you will make the important first connection with potential residents and help them find their perfect apartment home. Your responsibilities will include greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing sales, and processing rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. If you enjoy building relationships and have a friendly and professional demeanor, this role is for you.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
- Good leasing and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work two Saturdays per month, or as needed.
- Valid TX Driver’s License

Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and residents

- Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
