We’re looking for a Leasing Consultant who’s ready to drive results, build strong resident relationships, and help take our communities to the next level. As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of your community — building connections with prospective residents, showcasing apartment homes, and guiding them through the leasing process from first inquiry to signed lease. You’ll partner closely with your Property Manager and Maintenance team to create an exceptional resident experience while helping your property meet and exceed its financial goals.

Requirements

• Entry-level; no prior leasing experience required
• Sales or office experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to commute to and from work reliably
• Ability to pass a background check
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Full-time availability: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (4 weekdays) and most Saturdays 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Build connections with prospective residents
• Showcase apartment homes
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from first inquiry to signed lease
• Partner closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to create an exceptional resident experience
• Help the property meet and exceed its financial goals
