About The Position

Fortis Property Management is seeking thoughtful, innovative, and outgoing team members for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant position. Requirements

Ability to successfully interact with people

Knowledge of and adherence to Fair Housing policies and procedures
Knowledge of and adherence to ADA policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

Prior leasing/sales experience is preferred
Proficiency in social media preferred

Responsibilities

Show apartments
Provide information to prospects via telephone and personal visits
Accurately quote prices
Follow up on all prospects
Maintain thorough knowledge of the immediate market and all comparable properties
Maintain thorough knowledge of the surrounding community
Ensure all necessary application paperwork is obtained from prospects
Provide superior customer service
Collect money (deposits, rents, etc.)
Prepare and review leases for accuracy
Maintain effective and aggressive lease renewal program
Inspect apartments for readiness
Adhere to and properly implement all Fortis Properties Management policies and procedures
Distribute move-in packages
Perform other duties as delegated
