About The Position

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting prospects, giving property tours, explaining leasing options, and assisting with applications. This role also involves responding to inquiries, maintaining marketing materials, coordinating with maintenance, supporting community events, and assisting property managers with daily operations. Accurate record-keeping of resident files and insurance documentation is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

• Positive, professional, and customer-service driven
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a busy office setting
• Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
• Assist with applications and collect required documentation
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
• Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
• Support community events and resident retention initiatives
• Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
• Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation
