Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant in Carson with Expertise in Finding and Screening High-Quality tenants for a future anticipated opportunity. This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position. Requirements
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills.
- Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills.
- Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
- One weekend day is required.
Nice To Haves
- Proficient with Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turn prospects into residents.
- Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
- Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.
