About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in the leasing and sales process. This role is critical in bringing our core values to life each day. Requirements

  • Prior experience in property management, leasing, sales, or customer service is required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficiency in property management software, Entrada or Yardi is preferred and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid state issued driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a combination of an Associate’s Degree and 1 year of relevant work experience or a High School diploma and 3 years of relevant work experience will be required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained their CALP designation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing amenities and available units while creating a personalized experience for each prospect.
  • Answer questions and provide accurate information about leasing terms, pricing, and property policies.
  • Assist in processing lease applications and conducting background checks with attention to detail and integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow up activities.
  • Coordinate move in and move out processes, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for residents.
  • Support resident retention efforts through effective communication, relationship building, and timely service.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and well presented community environment.
