Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or related experience
- Experience working with property management or CRM software is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of multifamily housing or property management is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Greeting and connecting with prospective residents and tenants
- Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities
- Helping prospects through the application and move-in process
- Following up with leads and building strong relationships within the surrounding community
- Supporting resident events and community engagement activities
- Assisting current residents with questions and requests
- Partnering with the onsite team to maintain a welcoming and resident-focused community
