About The Position
Robbins Property Associates is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our growing multi-family housing team. This role is ideal for individuals with leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience who enjoy building relationships, touring apartment homes, and helping residents find their next home. This position offers 28-32 hours per week.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced apartment management environment
- Multifamily housing, leasing, sales, or property management experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Tour prospective residents and close leases
- Respond to internet leads and phone inquiries
- Support resident retention and lease renewals
- Maintain online listings and social media outreach
- Coordinate with maintenance regarding service requests
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance and accurate resident files
