This role is crucial as the first point of contact for prospective residents, requiring a polished, engaging, and energetic demeanor. The ideal candidate will have a knack for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to understand resident motivations to customize tours and secure leases. This is a high-energy, on-the-go position within a large apartment community.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing position.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is highly desired.
• Ability to interact effectively with everyone.
• Demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to close deals and ask for the sale.
• Professional appearance and projection.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing experience.
• Yardi Voyager experience.
• College degree.
