Requirements

1 to 2 years of proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on leasing activities.
Passion for sales, relationship building and exceeding goals.
Demonstrated ability to handle legal contracts accurately while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

Experience using Yardi property management software preferred.
Knowledge of facilities management principles related to property maintenance coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging apartment tours that showcase our luxury apartment homes and lifestyle.
Build relationships with prospective residents and confidently guide them through the leasing process.
Follow up on leads through phone, email, text, and CRM to maximize conversions.
Meet and exceed leasing, occupancy, and customer service goals.
Prepare lease documents and ensure a smooth, welcoming move-in experience.
Create memorable first impressions through exceptional customer service.
Respond promptly to inquiries and resident needs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Build lasting relationships that contribute to resident satisfaction and retention.
Support marketing initiatives, outreach events, and social media efforts to generate new traffic.
Stay informed on local market trends and competing communities.
Help create excitement around our new community through creative leasing strategies and outreach marketing.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure beautiful model apartments, amenity spaces and grounds that showcase the community at its best.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
Maintain accurate leasing records using Yardi property management software.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
