Requirements

A love for people and the energy to match.
Sales or customer service experience (1+ year preferred).
Strong organization and follow-through skills.
Comfort with tech (Microsoft Office; bonus points if you have used Entrata).

Responsibilities

Guide future residents through the leasing process from the first tour to the lease signing with clarity, confidence, and warmth.
Highlight communities and their unique features, focusing on the feeling of home beyond just square footage and floorplans.
Follow up with leads, assist prospects with applications, and maintain organized progress tracking.
Participate in marketing efforts, contribute to boosting online visibility, and engage in local outreach events.
Serve as a resource for residents, addressing inquiries about rent, maintenance requests, and local recommendations.
Support resident events, educational workshops, and enrichment programs to foster a strong community atmosphere.
