About The Position

We manage student housing serving the Appalachian State University community, and we're looking for an outgoing, dependable Leasing Consultant to be the face of our property. You'll guide students and their parents through every step of the leasing process — from the first tour to move-in day — while helping us hit occupancy goals during pre-lease season. If you enjoy talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a role where your effort translates directly into earnings, this is a great fit. Perfect for a current App State student or anyone looking for flexible, people-focused work. As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you'll tour prospective residents, support our leasing team during our busiest seasons, and help build a community your peers actually want to live in. We build schedules around class commitments.
