Providence Real Estate is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our teams in Orlando, Florida. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of leasing experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Sales ability with confidence in closing leases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective and current residents with professionalism and warmth
Conduct apartment tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community
Manage applications, lease paperwork, and resident files with attention to detail
Support move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth experience for residents
Respond to questions and concerns, helping residents feel valued and heard
Assist with general office administration and recordkeeping
Your ability to build relationships and communicate clearly will play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.
