As a Leasing Consultant on the Sales & Marketing Team, you will play a key role in creating positive experiences for prospects and residents. You will leverage your caring nature and satisfaction in brightening people's days to forge connections, engage in meaningful conversations, and make individuals feel comfortable, naturally resolving customer issues.

Requirements

• A mindset focused on customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram (social media savvy)
• A willingness to engage with people over the phone in addition to texting
• A professional and polished appearance
• An inclination towards sales.

Responsibilities

• Following up with prospects, imparting helpful and convincing information about the community and neighborhood, and converting leads into community tours.
• Providing informative and tailored tours of the apartment community to secure new leases.
• Ensuring consistent outstanding resident experiences to establish brand loyalty.
• Creating awareness, interest, and enthusiasm through social media.
• Being available to work on weekends, three weekends per month, with two days off during the week, when potential residents are actively seeking their new homes.
