This role also ensures compliance with renter's insurance, maintains resident occupancy of 95%, and ensures the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue. The Leasing Consultant will engage with prospective and current tenants professionally and courteously, escalate tenant relation issues to the Property Manager, and facilitate resident events. The position requires approximately 80% in an office environment using a computer and phone, and 20% inspecting property grounds, which may involve climbing stairs, ladders, and maneuvering walkways. The role also requires the ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
