About The Position

Allied Residential is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Lease-up Leasing Consultant (Multisite) to support new property lease-ups across multiple communities. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, showcasing available homes, explaining community features, and guiding them through the leasing process. Your ability to balance leasing coverage, training support, and excellent customer service will help ensure each community reaches its occupancy goals while creating an exceptional resident experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum six months of leasing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
  • Yardi and Knock CRM experience required
  • Ability to manage a high volume of email and phone communication effectively
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and adaptability skills.
  • Willingness to travel between sites; valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required insurance.
  • Ability to work in varied environments, including outdoors, and to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Affordable Housing experience preferred due to the variety of Area Median Income (AMI) levels at new communities.
  • Knowledge of affordable housing guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify needs and qualifications of prospective residents for a variety of properties.
  • Manage multiple communication channels, including email and phone, to provide site-specific information.
  • Conduct tours of available units, highlighting layout, amenities, and community features.
  • Provide information about nearby schools, shopping, recreation, and public transportation.
  • Coordinate and execute lease-up processes for multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Rent apartments, collect deposits, and complete all lease documentation.
  • Create and post vacancy advertisements.
  • Serve as a resource for affordable housing requirements and various AMI levels.
  • Operate from temporary offices or affiliate communities during ongoing construction.
  • Attend and participate in regular meetings and training sessions.
