About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, Leasing Consultant to join our Chicago
team. This role involves engaging with prospective tenants, showcasing
properties, and supporting leasing operations to ensure high occupancy and
resident satisfaction.

Leads: We get you started with hands-on experience right away by providing leads
that are ready and raring to go! Providing an abundance of leads is our primary
focus.

Innovation: We provide quality tools to our agents, allowing them to focus
squarely on their clients and their transactions.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively over multiple devices
• Ability to communicate with a broad client base
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
• Must be able to work evenings & weekends
• Must have valid driver’s license and car
• Strong navigational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter, self-motivated
