Requirements
- High-energy, customer service-driven professional
- Leasing and marketing experience preferred
- Sales mindset with strong closing ability
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Availability to work some rotating weekends required, excluding Sundays
Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging property tours
- Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
- Build strong resident relationships and foster a service-focused community
- Support marketing initiatives and resident engagement efforts
- Manage applications, lease preparation, availability updates, and follow-up communication
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident needs are addressed promptly
