About The Position

Richardson Properties is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Pointe North Hills, the newest and most luxurious apartment community in North Little Rock, AR. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the on-site Community Director in managing the property while being the friendly and welcoming presence for residents and prospective tenants. Requirements

At least 1 year of leasing experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in handling basic office tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the on-site Community Director in various property management tasks.
Welcome residents and applicants, providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact.
Conduct leasing activities, including demonstrating units and facilitating tours for prospective tenants.
Handle basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones.
Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate outstanding organizational and time management skills.
