About The Position

IMT Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team at IMT Boynton Beach, a luxury apartment community. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, building relationships, and ensuring resident satisfaction. This role requires a blend of sales, customer service, and community ambassador skills.

Requirements

  • Sales and customer service experience (apartment leasing experience is a plus!)
  • A natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • A goal-driven mindset with motivation to succeed and earn performance-based incentives
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • The ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn, grow, and develop new skills
  • Weekend availability
  • A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Welcome prospective residents and guide them through the leasing journey from tour to move-in
  • Lease available apartments and consistently meet or exceed leasing goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting residents and responding to their needs
  • Build genuine, lasting relationships that turn residents into long-term community members
  • Process lease renewals and support resident retention efforts
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and best practices
  • Ensure the property is always tour-ready, polished, and inviting
  • Support marketing initiatives including outreach, resident events, and promotional programs
  • Conduct market research to help keep the community competitive
  • Use MRI software to manage data, documentation, and reporting
  • Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the Community Manager
