Requirements
- High-energy, outgoing, and confident communicator
- Natural salesperson with the ability to connect and close
- Thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Strong multitasker with attention to detail
- Organized with excellent follow-up skills
Nice To Haves
- Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Entrata or similar systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the community—welcome prospects and deliver exceptional tours that convert to leases
- Build genuine relationships with residents and prospects
- Follow up on leads with urgency and intention
- Close leases confidently and contribute to occupancy goals
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure all communications are timely and professional
- Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to everything you do
