A key aspect is ensuring high resident satisfaction by responding to needs and concerns professionally and timely, maintaining the physical asset, and potentially planning and participating in community activities. The consultant must work collaboratively with staff, manage equipment and supplies properly, adhere to cost controls, and ensure a clean and safe work environment in compliance with regulations and company procedures, including being available for natural/catastrophic disasters and being knowledgeable of emergency procedures. Effective self/workload management, clear communication, and promoting a positive work environment are also essential, along with adherence to company policies and Fair Housing laws.
