Leasing Consultant at Chardonnay Ridge & Townhomes at 201 (P/T)
About The Position
This part-time position supports two multi-family apartment communities, Chardonnay Ridge and Townhomes at 201, totaling 163 units. The primary work location will be the office at Chardonnay Ridge in Modesto. The role involves advertising and promoting the properties, managing leads using industry-specific software, conducting tours for prospective and current residents, and completing the full lease cycle. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, landlord/tenant statutes, and renter's insurance requirements, maintaining high occupancy rates, and facilitating timely rent collection. The position also focuses on resident experience through professional engagement and assisting with resident events.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and ambition for continuous professional development
Responsibilities
- Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
- Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
- Attend training and development seminars
- Advertise and promote the property
- Utilize industry specific software for lead management
- Provide tours to prospective and current residents
- Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
- Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance
- Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
- Ensure the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
- Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
- Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
- Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager
- Facilitate resident events
