As the Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current tenants, and managing the community's reputation. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Administrative and organizational tasks
  • Presenting a professional image
  • Customer service focused
  • Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing, and company-utilized software
  • Preparing, locating, and compiling information and documents
  • Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Willing to develop and learn
