About The Position
As a premier owner and manager of residential properties, PLK Communities specializes in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of high quality apartment communities. Currently, we are in search of an enthusiastic full-time Leasing Consultant who can float between The Highlands and Thirty43 by the Greene.
Requirements
- Sales experience, especially in leasing or real estate
- EXCELLENT customer service
- Administrative experience
Responsibilities
- Property's sales representative
- Greet prospects, to present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community
- Properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons
- Very service orientated and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.
