As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service. Maryland Management Company owns and operates more than 45 apartment communities with over 10,000 homes across Maryland and Florida. Requirements
- Availability to work Saturday & Sunday
- Personal, reliable transportation that you can bring to work each day, along with a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
- Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities
- Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs
- Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care
- Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area
