About The Position
American Communities is looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join their team. This role is the first point of contact for the community, responsible for showcasing apartment homes, building relationships with prospects, and guiding them through the leasing process. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, professionalism, and a commitment to customer service to help drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

- Process applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and resident communications.
- Support resident retention and renewal efforts.
