About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team and help make our community feel like home for every resident. This role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, along with a background in leasing or sales.
Requirements
- 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Warm, engaging personality and strong communication skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Give friendly, informative tours in English and Spanish
- Help prospective residents complete applications and lease documents
- Follow up with leads and stay organized using our leasing software
- Answer resident and prospect questions with care and professionalism
- Support resident activities and community outreach
- Assist with marketing and maintain office presentation
