About The Position
Providence Real Estate has an immediate opening for a full-time, temporary Leasing Specialist based primarily at Seasons at Westchase, with the flexibility to assist at other Providence communities in the Tampa area as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on leasing experience and variety, with the assignment running through the end of 2026.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong sales instincts and a talent for closing
- Comfort with Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation (you may travel between communities)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Yardi, resident retention practices, or multifamily housing is a plus, though not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing available homes
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from interest to signed lease
- Maintain positive relationships with current residents to support renewals
- Keep leasing paperwork and files organized and accurate
- Pitch in on general office and community operations as needed
