The role involves being the first point of contact for prospective residents, showcasing excellent sales and customer service skills, and customizing tours to convince potential residents to choose the community. Requirements

Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position.
Ability to interact effectively with everyone.
Demonstrate initiative and be a deal closer.
Not afraid to ask for the sale.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous leasing experience.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Yardi Voyager experience.
College degree.
