About The Position
GL Partners Management (GLPM) is seeking a hospitality-minded, relationship-driven Leasing Consultant to join a new team supporting an upcoming San Diego community located in Cortez Hill. This role is more than just filling apartments; it's about building trust, fostering community, and helping residents feel genuinely at home. GLPM is a people-first organization focused on building strong communities, creating exceptional resident experiences, and developing teams that thrive together. As the management affiliate of GL Capital Partners, GLPM combines institutional standards with a thoughtful, hospitality-driven approach to management. This is a full-time, onsite position with weekends required and strong commission potential.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive experiences
- Confidence in relationship-building and sales conversations
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Entrata or comparable property management software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, personalized tours
- Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism, responsiveness, and care
- Build strong resident relationships that support retention and community satisfaction
- Contribute to occupancy goals through effective follow-up, sales execution, and resident experience
- Maintain accurate lease documentation, CRM activity, and resident files
- Partner closely with the onsite team to support daily operations and community standards
